    Coupon codes are not available in the free version of the plugin, since you’re using Membership 2 Pro and this forum here is for the free version of plugins I’ll have to suggest opening a thread on WPMU DEV forum here and our support guys will help you in no time.

    The license I purchased does not include premium support, so I can’t post on the WPMU DEV forums.

    Not really sure where you purchased the plugin (please note that we don’t have any resellers and that we’re not selling our products anywhere outside of WPMU DEV site) but our single plugin subscription does grant you access to premium support.

    We’re already aware of sites such as that one that are reselling our products.

    Unfortunately as I mentioned above www.ads-software.com rules prevent us from supporting commercial products in this forum, we also don’t support pirated copies sold by lazy third parties.

    There have been a number of known incidents in the past where such people place security vulnerabilities into the code, or even selling free versions of our plugins as premium ones, this could compromise your site, your customers data including any personally identifiable information, password and financial transactions, especially where you take their credit card details. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to support any situation which arises from that.

    Of course, if you wish to continue using the plugin, that’s entirely up to you but we definitely wouldn’t support that.

    Hi Bojan,

    Thanks for the information. The site looked legit and contained a bunch of information explaining the licensing, so it seemed ok. I appreciate you clearing that up for me. We will have to discuss how to move forward with the plugin. Thanks again for all your help.
