Wordfence has found a URL listed in stats/usagexxx.html. It’s a URL that is listed on Google’s list of known phishing sites. I’m only aware of this because of the warning WF generated. I checked the log, and it’s just an “entry” in the stats log. I don’t think I should be worried of just the entry of this URL in the stats log, correct?

If it’s not related to your site, I’m not sure why it would appear in a stats log, unless every hit to the site is logged in that file, and a bad bot tried requesting pages that belong to other sites.

It is probably ok to ignore if the file isn’t publicly accessible.

But you might also want to make sure the file isn’t publicly accessible. The host may have a way to block it unless you’re logged in, but if you can see the file without logging into your hosting account, I would ask the hosting company why it’s there.
