Map issue

Hi, i just installed your awesome plugin. I want to use the map component but it does not display in my post. I did everything i found to fix it but nothing works. I put the snippet code, I have my Mapbox ID and i put it in WordPress. The map displays at the bottom of my post edit screen. I put marker on it. I put name on this marker. I add the map component in my post. And when i do a preview : nothing, blank area.
(I can say there is a difference between “classic map” and “sticky map” : the blank area with the classic map is as large as 500px or whatever i put on the size filed. If i use the “sticky map” the size filed does not change anything and the blank area is just small like if there is nothing.)
My theme is simplemag (by themesindep)
