I cannot access my website

What’s the URL and what happens when you try to login to your site?

I can get into the site but not in edit mode. I can’t go into the dashboard. Anytime I click on anything I get this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

And every day, 3-4 times I get this message from this sender:

The IPN for Satori Centre at https://www.satoricentre.ca has not been properly setup and is not working. Date/time 6:56 AM

I have no idea what this means or how to stop it.

I had a webmaster who set everything up for me and for a while I was able to edit and add stuff to the calendar.

She’s gone on to another career and not available so I’m stuck with a non-functioning, beautiful website that I can do nothing with.

That “Internal Server Error” is also called a 500 error and means something on your site broke.

Do you have access to your web server’s error log? If you do then that will help narrow down what the cause is and help get you to a solution.

I don’t have a clue about where to even look. It doesn’t matter what I click on I get the error I showed above. How do I access my error log?

Your host provider should be able to help you with that and how to get a copy of the error log.

The reason that file is needed (not the whole file) is that it should record which file is causing your site to toss errors. If it is a plugin or your theme then that will limit where you have to look to solve this.

What is a host provider?

Can someone tell me what a host provider is?

According to this link your site is hosted by iPage.

www.ads-software.com (this place) only provides the software. Your site is apparently hosted on iPage. If you visit their site you can contact them there.

Keep in mind that they may want more information from you proving that that is your site.
