Multisite setup and internal server error

Hi Team,

I want to setup a multisite for two different domains with single wordpress installation.
I have installed wordpress on testingserver.club and then i want to convert into multisite wordpress setup for two domains(testingserver.club and ravikanthv.info).After updating .htaccess file, the website is showing error with 500 internal server error.

Can anybody help me, how to solve this issue.
