Changes are not visible

    As long as I am in the customizer, all the changes are visible. But as soon as I leave the Customizer and load the page, the changes are not applied and the form has the default look. (I did click ‘Publish and save’ in the Customizer)

    When I go back to the Customizer, my changes are still there.

    I use WordPress with the Avada theme v3.9.2.
    I also use a caching plugin (W3TC), but I empty all caches before reloading the page.

    Do you have your Gravity Form added as widget in sidebar or footer section?

    Check if your site has a cache plugin installed.

    I had the same issue at first and realized that I’m loading a cache copy and not the latest update.

    The latest version of plugin works great with avada theme.
