    Hi Javier,

    Thanks for this plugin btw. I just need to use this plugin so I could import users from a csv file.

    From my end, I don’t see it. https://oi68.tinypic.com/2rcaozm.jpg

    Any solution for this? What are the possible causes for this to happen.

    Thank you Javier.

    This is really strange.

    Try with WP_DEBUG to true, maybe there is some PHP error in your blog.

    Set it WP_Debug to True. No Errors. It was working yesterdy. The button is showing and I exported Users but I the 1st and 2nd column were set wrongly in the CSV files so I reverted to a Duplicator backup and reinstalled the whole site and the database from scratch. Then earlier, there’s a BuddyPress update so I updated Buddypress and the Start Importing button is now gone.

    Ok, are you using BuddyPress? Which version? Is the newest one?

    Thread Starter PumaOnHolyJade

    (@pumaonholyjade)

    Yes I am using BuddyPress Version 2.5.1

    (@carazo)

    I have also this version and I have no problem.

    It seems like your BuddyPress installation has a problem. Try to reinstall it.

    This class is defined in BuddyPress so the problem is not from this plugin.

    Side note, and yes this is a form letter.

    @carazo I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Ok sorry and thanks at the same time. I don’t want to use my little time in solve users problems in their systems, so this is also good for me.

    The only thing I want is that someone make a bad review for me, other times I have suffered it in a not fair way, I cannot test in their sites the problem and then after all the work (for free) I get a 1 star or 2 start review ??

    @jan Dembowski
    No I haven’t provided any credentials. I am well aware of that possibility. And thanks for your concern I appreciate it.

    @javier Carazo
    No. This is not a bad review. In fact, I appreciated your plugin as this is the closest thing I badly needed for the site I’m working on. And I need to import users from an old site to the new one. Don’t take it on the negative side sir and this is not a review in any way. I am just a plugin user asking support because of technical difficulties encountered using your plugin.

    I appreciate your fast reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Buddypress and still the same issue stated in my first post.

    I am not being negative and all.. just humbly asking for assistance.

    Still the issue remains. Unsolved.

    Thanks for your words. From here I cannot do more. In my systems and in other users systems is working perfectly with latest version of BuddyPress.

    I’m stumped on how to proceed from here. Any viable ideas or methods or steps I can do ? Would posting another thread for this concern help ?

    Please help.

    Sorry Javier.. It’s just that the issue concerned your plugin. Much respect sir. No ill-will intended.

    I just badly needed help or alternatives. Your plugin IS GREAT Javier !

    Thanks ?? please do a good review later.

    Try to ask in BuddyPress forum why this class is not loaded when BuddyPress is enabled and activated.
