Cant upload media

  • Getting HTTP error. Tried using the “time” increase that others are saying works, but when I go into my wp-config.php folder to edit time, it is not the same. I have included the lines of code that I am seeing where the time should be but is not.

    Can anyone assist? There is no where to increase the time.

    Here is the code in my php file:
