Login error message refers to robot.txt

  • I have a user who can’t log into the dashboard of her site because of a “robot.txt” problem.

    The user is running Safari Browser on a MAC.

    When I try the login on my Windows it works perfectly using either Firefox or IE.

    What do I need to do to help this user?
