Error: Server returned status code 401

I’m getting this error message
Error: Server returned status code 401->You have exceeded the limits of your ACS subscription plan.
But when I go to the Cloud Portal it says I have used 0 of 100 monthly transactions.
I exceeded the allowance last month. The error messages are showing against some items in the Media Library that I tried to process last month but I also get the message when I try to process other items that haven’t been compressed before.
Is there a way to reset it?
