Privacy and legal implications of importing FB fan page comments into website

Hi, I was wondering if you have considered the privacy and legal implications of importing FB fan page comments into a website. I am worried about using your plugin for this very reason. As far as I know, users explicitly agree to comment a post on your fan page when agreeing to FB privacy policy, however they never explicitly agree that their comments are displayed in a public website.
Have you considered this privacy problem?

I’m interested too to know about the privacy/legal implications. I won’t buy your plugin before I have an answer to this question.
Edit : there is already a plugin to make Facebook comments appear in WordPress directly (without importing) : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-comments-plugin/ I think it was even supported officially by Facebook at the beginning.
in this blog post for instance they clearly show that a comment made on FB will appear on WordPress : https://socialmouths.com/2012/02/16/add-facebook-comments-to-your-blog/
so it looks like FB users have nothing to say, because what they post on FB is not their property anymore.
but FB?might not like that a plugin other than their plugin is doing this, this might be the biggest problem.
