Summary and title attributes

    Hi Meitar,

    Thanks for the fantastic plugin.

    I have 2 suggestions:

    1. Remove the table summary attribute (or at least do not automatically insert it in the generated html code if it was not set by the editor).
    The table ‘summary’ attribute is obsolete (see Web Content Acessibility Guidelines) and is also not supported in HTML5.

    2. Remove the title attribute if it was not set by the editor.
    The ‘title’ attribute is used to provide additional information to help clarify or further describe the purpose of a link (See https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H33.html)

    I also noticed that, if you are using a 3.x wordpress version, you can’t delete the plugin via interface (just via ftp). The uninstall.php file uses esc_like that is a new feature of WordPress 4.0 and not available in prior versions.
