Can't add youtube videos version 3

Hi
I’ve been adding club members videos to our web site here https://www.ozbearsracing.com/video-gallery/
After the last update when I add a new video into an existing category I cannot see it, even though it says upload sucessful.
I add the code into the text box. It tell me it has been uploaded successfully but it’s not visible.
There are 70 videos in my gallery, is there a maximum number you can have?
