Unable to change Additional attibutes

  • Hi there, I’m wanting to use weight-based shipping, and have been advised by Google to remove the shipping_length, shipping_width and shipping_height fields from my feed (shipping based on our dimensions, isn’t a feature that’s offered in the UK yet).

    Been trying to take remove them, but every time I open up my feed from Manage Feeds, these fields are always matched up, and my feed always fails when I try and import it into google. Is there a way to stop this happening?

    Hi Sarah,

    TO remove those attributes, you need to remove the length, width and height from the feed. The command below will work in that case:

    deleteAttribute height
    deleteAttribute width
    deleteAttribute length

    Add these attributes in advanced commands box and click on update the is below the box. Please visit our support page if the issue still exist.
