Cannot renew domain

    I have successfully renewed my domain for many years. This year when I get to the purchase page to renew all I get is “Looking to upgrade?” I don’t want to upgrade, I like what I have and just want to renew. I’ve tried coming from different angles, including clicking on the link supplied in the renewal email.
