Dashboard loads with a generic looking view of my theme

When I log into my site my dashboard is there, if I go to any other part, say presentation, options, ect. Then go back to my dashboard I lose my dashboard to a generic looking version of my site theme, my dashboard is gone. I’ve tried disabling all my plugins but still the same. I’m not the best with code and programing so I need some help. Any Ideas?
