Lost Plugin?

I use this tool to only allow certain users to see certain pages, I noticed that the “Private Content” tab in the left menu in the dashboard is no longer there? I used to have a page that showed Private Content Users with their Name – Username – E-mail – Telephone – Categories – Insert Date like this:

The plugin is installed and is active on the Plugins page. I think when WP auto-updated some code must have been stripped out of somewhere? I reverted back to 4.3.3 to see if that would work, but it did not so I updated back to 4.4.2
Any Ideas?
