• Hi. I am trying to access your support forum at
    support.ilentheme.com

    Problem is that a box pops up with the heading “free support by 1 like”. with the message “The plugin is free and support too, so help me with 1 like to grow the community.”

    The web page is not accessible while the popup is displaying, and there are no options in the box to “do” anything.

    Trying to understand this popup box, I am assuming you want us to click on some button to Like with 1-like before we can access the support pages?
    If that’s the case, there is nothing in the box other than the message – I can’t click on anything in the box because nothing else exists, and I can’t hit Escape to disappear the popup so that I can access the webpage. I am just stuck with a popup box that has no options to do anything and a webpage I can’t access.
    I then went back to the plugin settings, and I see no 1-Like options there.

    So, please let me know what’s the trick to access your support section?

    I have already tried different browsers, and have also cleared caches of the browsers as well.

    It is rare, ask me the problem by this route, I’ll meet here. But I answer in a few hours because’ll go to sleep, I wake up and I answer, ask what your question.

    Ok, it was just a small thing, and I thought the forum would have had such a question already answered….

    I am trying to make the thumb image have a border radius around all corners, rather than just the left side as it currently is.

    The only class I can see to edit is .yuzo-img
    But my edits in there are not having any effect. I am unsure exactly where you have styled the image borders, other than the above.

    Could you help me with what class it uses so I can edit the border radius on it.

    Thanks.

    Hello again, I just added a property from the inspector of chrome and if you add the changes, what you can do is go yuzo options Styling -> custom css and add the following code:

    .yuzo-img {
        border: 11px solid rebeccapurple;
    }

    I hope your answer

    Hi.

    Yes, I also retrieved which class to edit from Inspector Properties, and I did edit it (it was border-radius by the way, not border). But I did add your border style anyway, just to see how it changed. It certainly added the big purple border. However, the border was also chopped off.

    So I know at least I was working on the right class.

    I removed the border (which I didn’t need) and kept my border-radius, and tried playing with max-width – it took to 93% before it chopped off again.

    So, I still think there is something small askew in the main styling somewhere. Max-width should work at 100%. I shouldn’t have to reduce it.

    But, the 93% doesn’t look too out-of-whack, and I’ll accept it how it is.
