    If you purchased the premium add-on for MailChimp for WordPress and you’re having questions, please note that you are eligible for premium support over email.

    This will guarantee a much faster response as we’re only checking the www.ads-software.com support forums at set times and after we’ve taken care of our paying customers.

    To email us, simply reply to your purchase email or use the “Need help?” button that’s shown on every settings page of the plugin (when you have the Premium plugin activated). You will then get a guaranteed response within 24 hours, but usually much sooner than that.

    We highly appreciate our Premium users as they’re the ones who make all this possible. Be assured we will go the extra mile for you to show our appreciation.
