Issue with jquery

Great plugin!! Replaced used of another similar one that was not working well and was slow.

I implemented the plugin on my site on an linux/apache server with no issue and everything worked great! I moved the site to a windows/iis server with the exact same code. Upon doing this the site was throwing jquery errors indicating that jquery was not loading before the acf plugin. Any idea why simply the change of server would have caused this? I did find a hack to resolve the issue, but was not satisfied with that. So, I tried upgrading to acf pro and that fixed the issue. Still curious why the non-pro version had issues on the windows server when the code was exactly the same.
