Client-side input text field?

Hi

I heard about this plugin and thought I’d try it out.

I have client-side input fields on Shopify (design details for engraving) but this field is not pulled through the shortcode. I.e. all my product info is pulled through but not the field allowing my clients to give me information relating to what they want engraved.

Is it possible or am I missing something?
