Adding a Call Tag to phone numbers in customizr for mobile devices

    Hi, I would like to add a call tag to the phone number either in the tagline or the home page slider, is there an easy way to do this? I am using Customizr 3.2.5.

    Hi Menaka,

    The URL is wwww.scottbogueroofing.com.au
    I want to show the phone number and when they view on a mobile device they are able to click on the phone number and it gives them the option to call.
    I’m just not sure where to add the html and linking information because it’s all contained within the customise tab under home, tagline etc… and there is no option here to add additional html. Sorry bit of a newbie at it.

    Hi,
    Most smartphones automatically recognise phone numbers(and sometimes other numbers also) and provide a link that is clickable and you get an
    option to call.
    The phone number on your site is recognized by my smartphone (iphone) as one and I am able to click on it to call.

    ah so it is.. thankyou Menaka for bringing this to my attention.. I didn’t even try to click on it previously. Much appreciated.

    There’s also an html tag for this.

    <a href="tel:1-408-555-5555">1-408-555-5555</a>

    Might be useful if you want to make the link words instead of numbers.
