    Try this

    1. Save the comment form again and see if this solves the problem.
    OR
    2. on the config.php set define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    I tried to re-save the form, but nothing change :/

    It’s already set to false, I think it’s by default, because I never modify this value..

    If I set WP_DEBUG to true appears this:

    But I’m not sure it’s about the plugin error
