Grammar check on the contact form 7 button

Hello,

I’ve renamed the Submit button to “Book A Call”

Now I can not remove this grammar check “the underline (indicating wrong grammar)” on the contact form 7 button.

*This issue only happens on the Contact Form 7 button.

Any lead/function to where I can disable this grammar checker?
