UNIQUE FOREIGN VISITORS TO MY UNRANKED WEBSITE

I have a new site that’s not ranked yet. However I’m getting visitors from Russia (:01sec), India (5:02 mins), Brazil (:01sec) and Italy (:01). Should I be concerned about this, particularly with the length of time that India was on my site? I have one online form (Visual Form Builder) in use, but am defending my site with Akismet Pro and Wordfence. Should I get different plugins
