Fatal error trying to install this theme

I’ve tried to install Biography twice now, and have gotten fatal errors each time. The first time it told me

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_script_add_data() in /home3/erosenzw/public_html/wp-content/themes/biography/functions.php on line 164

At a moderator’s suggestion I went into my HostGator account and deleted the files and tried re-installing. The second time I got this error:
