Home page Nav not responsive like everything else

Hello All,

I need a little help with a theme I have for some odd reason when viewing the site in mobile mode the home page navigation doesn’t become a drop down box like the other pages. What bugs me even more is I have full width page template selected like the other pages have as well. It has something to do with me making the home page a front-page in settings. Once I do that it doesn’t work. When viewing the site normally it works fine. Can someone please tell me why this nav isn’t becoming responsive and how I could fix it?
