Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException

I am having this issue and don’t have access to the php or ftp, as I’m just a web designer. It’s giving me the white screen of death here:

and I’m locked out of the admin. What had happened was.. I tried to install a new social icon plugin and it’s scronked up with the twitter plugin and I can’t access anything to fix it.

Please help!
