Custom CSS not being updated on my site

    I have added the below custom CSS for my Zerif Lite child theme but my site is not being updated. I want the colors to change for the about us section, the top header section and the red ribbon area.

    .purchase-now {
    background: #f2f2f2;}

    .about-us {
    background: #e6e6e6;}

    .navbar-inverse {
    background: #e6e6e6;}
