Check Out Page is Grey'd Out

  • Pretty much exactly as the title says. End users get to the checkout page, and the credit card portion is grey’d out, nothing can be entered, or clicked or anything.

    I haven’t done anything on the site in weeks, and an order just went through at 12:51 (it’s now 2:10), so clearly it JUST happened. I went through and updated all plugins, to be safe. Still not working.

    There is stuff in my error log for the check out page:

    I’m not able to add to cart either.

    See system status report and ensure all tables are installed.

    If they are, this is either due to your HTTPS/SSL config, or mod security rules as far as I can tell. I cannot actually get to your checkout page to tell.

    You may want to consider setting home and site URLs to https versions so there is only one version of the site (secure) shown.

    Everything looks good in my system status, I’ve pasted it below though, if you would like to take a look. I also tried activating TwentySixteen, and still had issues with that.

    How would I go about troubleshooting my HTTPS/SSL config or mod security rules?

    In WC> Settings > checkout, try turning force ssl off.

    I’m using the Avada theme (v.3.9.3) and cannot get the plug-in: “WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite” to work. I think it must be a theme related issue since I can get it to work with on a different website using a different theme. Is anyone out there using the Avada theme able to get WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite working? Other plug-ins seem to work okay, I have Woocommerce Product Custom Options Lite plug-in working as well as the Woocommerce Advanced Free Shipping one. I really need the tabs on the product description.
