Instant WordPress database

    I’m trying to upload my Instant WordPress database to a new installation on another computer. I exported the mysql file but how do I create a new database for importing that file? The only database in the new installation is information_schema and under “create database” in myphpadmin it says, “no privileges.

    I found the answer to this problem. It was because I was using Chrome. After changing to IE everything was functioning as normal.
