dropdown with pipes again

Never this functionality works for me with cf7. I “hack” with this topic (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-contact-form-7-pipes-for-selectable-email-recipient-doesnt-work) ever, but, when update, always the same.
Please, could you help me telling me what’s wrong with this code?.
I always read people works (with no hacks), but never works for me.
