just cloned and everything is ok…except my page editors won't load my content

I just used the duplicator pluggin and successfully migrated my locally-hosted wordpress site to a live server. However, I’m getting two really weird problems:

1. When I try to edit a page or post, none of my content shows up in either my text or visual editor.
2. Getting some weird character issues on the front end that never showed up in the back end (visit rachelteferet.com and scroll down and you’ll see what I mean)

I have deactivated all pluggins and have activated a few of the default themes all with no improvement ?? Please help!
