    This is quite a niche use case. It would be possible to collect date + add to things like emails, but to generate a special PDF you’re probably going to need something custom.

    I think that woocommerce voucher plugin would be perfect for the job. But it has no datepicker.
    But woocommerce bookings has a datepicker. It could be usefull if there was an option for the customer to print his booking.
    For the printjob one would need an option to create a custom template.

    If its just a printer friendly page, it could be done with CSS. There are ‘javascript’ solutions if you want a print button (but its not that useful – all browsers can print).

    You can have the customer print their receipt, or order confirmation.
