Editors and lower access users cannot access Logo Slider menu

As described in the title, Editors and lower access cannot use Logo Slider. It is quite problematic since these user have to often update logos and I do not want to give them admin rights just update logos.

Is there a “hack” to lower access rights to Logo Slider’s menu or can it be implemented in a future release?
