How To add "New" icon for New Posts? Help Needed From Experts

    Can anyone help me?

    I am using Fashionistas WordPress theme for posting jobs (Domain: https://jobs.filmmakersfans.com/ ) I want to add a new Icon to the right side of the post older than 20 days.

    I know that it’s easily possible. I tried a Lot using the advice by the experts on various forums, but utterly those advices weren’t helped me at all.

    So, can anyone in this forum help me- How to automatically add a “new” icon on new posts?
