Site doesn't work on iPhone Safari

  • Hey everyone,

    I just finished coding up this site using a customized wordpress theme,
    https://www.entirecreative.com/stone

    The problem is i’ve noticed, it sits all out of whack when viewed on iphone’s safari. Every other browser, on every other device works perfectly.

    Can anyone give me any suggestions/advice as to why this is the case?

    I am working on windows, and windows safari, even scaled down to phone size, works perfectly, so how can i debug this?

  • Did you fix this already? I have looked at your site in every resolution that I usually check for tablets and phones and it looks fine.

    Hi Peter,

    I’m afraid it’s not fixed, from what I can see, it wont display properly on iphone safari only.

    There has got to be some css early on that is repeated, diaplay:block for example, that safari doesnt like.

    Just can’t figure out what

    Hey Bob, did you try on an iphone?
    It’s still not fixed

    Honestly I have tried it on two different phones, both using safari as the browser. I am not seeing anything too far out of whack but then, I didn’t design the site so I might be missing something that is glaring to you.

    I do know that we have had problems in the past with safari using WordPress for our clients because there are minor differences in the way the CSS is interpreted.

    Which phones did you use? From what I can see, its only safari on iphone that doesnt show, every other browser on every other device works. Really bizarre and frustrating
