Activate/Desactivate users using a webservice

Hello Delite Studio,

I have a mobile app linked on my wordpress website and i want to activate/desactivate users. for example the user will have an option to activate or desactivate the push notification from the mobile app directly (maybe a webservice should be used) is that option available and if not can you help me to implement it?
