Awaken theme: some custom css not working

  • Hi everyone!
    I am trying to customise my child theme of Awaken theme, but some of the css that I write into the Custom CSS field (see screenshot) don’t work.
    For example, as shown in this picture, I am trying to reduce the margin between that divider and the heading, but it just doesn’t work. I thought that this could be because I am using a plugin for headings and other elements. In that case what should I do?

    PS: I am working locally, so I cannot give you the link ??
    but I can use Teamviewer if needed
