    We are using Event Pro and added a new event with an Authorize.net payment method. When we try to register the registration just spins and never does anything. No error message and the registration never gets logged. If I deactivate the Authorize.net payment, the registration will process. I’ve double checked all my authorize.net setting and they are correct. They’ve worked in the past.

    I’m wondering if the updated WP version is causing the problem. We are using event manager 5.6.2 and events manager pro 2.3.9

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    also, do you have a valid ssl?

    I deactivated all plugins and switched to the default theme. No change. The site does not have a ssl certificate.

    Authorize.net requires a valid SSL certificate to run in Live Mode.
