Duplication of Web site

I am trying to transfer a word press web site from my local computer to the web.

I have installed the Duplicator plugin to create a package . I use the plugin to create a package.

When i deploy using the package to my web server sub folder , the package extracts with no error message , however when i start the web site , wordpress starts to install again.

When i deploy using the package to another local computer folders , works perfectly.

What could be wrong?
Any help given will e highly appriciated
