    Hello, Masterez.

Thanks for using ScrapeAZon. Make sure that you clear the ScrapeAZon cache (Settings > ScrapeAZon > Performance) or database object cache (if you’re using a plugin like W3 Total Cache) after you modify the ScrapeAZon shortcode. Sometimes the old settings are cached and can produce display results like that.

If clearing the cache does not help, can you post the shortcode you are attempting to use so that I can test it on my end?

    Thanks again.

    Hello James,

thank you for your quick reply.

I don’t use any caching plugins. I cleared the ScrapeAzon cache, but still the same output.

Here is the shortcode I use: [scrapeazon asin=”B0142V5YHG” height=”500″ border=”false”]

Maybe, you can take a look at the webpage on my website: https://laptop-deals24.com/shop/subnotebook/asus-zenbook-13-3-inch-ultraslim-aluminum-laptop/

It’s the fifth product tab. Don’t wonder about the second “Amazon Customer Reviews”-Tab. It’s generated by the plugin Woozone.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Ismar

    Hello, Ismar.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, your page link generates a 404. Do you have another sample I can view. The shortcode you posted works in my test environment. 100% width and 500px height.

One possibility is that you have another stylesheet that is conflicting with or overriding ScrapeAZon’s. However, I probably need to look at the source of a sample page before I can determine for sure.

Also, are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hello James,

sorry for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I worked on the site so the link changed.

Here ist the correct link to a sample site: https://laptop-deals24.com/shop/subnotebook/asus-zenbook-ux305ua-13-3-inch-laptop-6th-generation-intel-core-i5-8gb-ram-256-gb-ssd-windows-10-titanium-gold/

There is as ScrapeAzon tab now. I use Version 2.2.5 of the plugin.
Hope you can identify the problem.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Ismar

    Hi, Ismar.

Looks like the problem is that the stylesheet hasn’t loaded in your theme. By default, the plugin loads its stylesheet when the shortcode is detected on the page. If you’re using a method other than a standard WordPress shortcode, such as the WordPress do_shortcode method, you’ll need to find an alternate method to load the szstyles.css stylesheet located in the plugins\scrapeazon\ folder.

Alternatively, you could copy and paste the contents of the szstyles.css file into any custom CSS area your theme offers. If you can get those styles to load, the height issue should be solved.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Hello James,

I just copied the contents of the szstyle.css into the style.css of my childtheme and now everything works fine.

Thank you very much for your great support. I’ll give your plugin a 5 star review.

    Best regards,
    Ismar
