    I have one lingering issue now that I have gone live. It seems anyone trying to use a common “new customer 5% discount” is having their transactions fail. I receive notice of a 10427 error. I did some research last night and it seems like it could be a rounding issue, is that true? If so, do you know how we could remedy it pretty quickly? In just the last 24 hours I’ve lost 3 sales.

    I’m looking for other commonalities – payment methods differ between the three sales, tax applied to some but not others, but… they ALL are trying to use the 5% off discount.

    I’m using WooCommerce’s native coupon creation for the 5% but I also use WooCommerce Advanced Discounts on top of it. ALL THREE are also using this plugin to take advantage of our Buy 2 – Save $10 discounts also.

    Let me know what you need from me to look at this further.

    Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? I would need to get a look at those logs to get an idea of where the issue might be coming up.

    I do have logging enabled. I sent a ticket yesterday with my admin access but I can send another if you need it again.

    Here’s a new order that followed the same pattern; they tried to purchase 2 items and use our 5% off promo code. Order #6508. Let me know what else you need from me to investigate further.

    Again, I would need to get a look at the log file that includes this to see what values are getting messed up.
