Sidebar not visible in all browsers except Chrome

I found that side bar is visible in all browsers except Chrome (v49.0.2623.110 m). This issue even happens on mobile devices. I’ve already tried clearing the browser cache and cookies. Can you please provide some guidance on how to fix this issue?
