Issue with Mystile and dropdown menus on 2-in-1 laptops

  • I’ve got a problem on my site with the Mystile dropdown menus in Chrome on a 2-in-1 laptop (with a touchscreen). When I use the mouse on the 2-in-1 laptop I have to click twice on the dropdown menu item to get through to the destination page. I’m guessing that there’s some issue where the site is confused about whether the touchscreen or the mouse is being used.

    Anyone else experiencing this issue, and if so, have you solved it yet? If so, how?

    Mystile is a free theme so because I haven’t actually purchased anything from Woo they won’t let me submit a trouble ticket. I sent a message to their presales support in the hopes that it would get routed to the appropriate person internally, but I’m not optimistic.

    My intention here was to find out if anyone outside of Woo has run into this and what they’re currently doing about it.

    Woo killed their user forums, so you don’t have a lot of other choices, though the Themes and Templates support forum would have been a better choice for this post.

    i have a problem whit mystyle theme:
    when i create a new product, i cant add a picture. I press Set product image, i select the photo, i press set feature image and nothing hapend.

    any1 can help me whit this problem please
