Message sent or redirect to URL not working

Hi Guys
I have created a new form using your plugin but when I have tried two options after form submission, neither are working.

The first option “Print message”, I tried going to the “Buttons” settings window in “Actions After Submission” chose “Print Success Message” for receiving the message and after submitting an enquiry, the form cleared and stayed on that page with no success message. However the enquiry was received via email.

I also tried the option goto URL and used a long URL https://www.ourwebsite.com/thank-you and also a short one /thank-you

Neither of these worked but the form did clear and the email was received.

Please can you advise?
