Time showing up as only zeros

    Hello,

    I’m happy to privately send you site information.

    I am excited for the possibility of this plugin, it will be a huge help to the site if I can get it working.

    My issue is that the countdown timer displays after a product add, however it only shows:

    “Please checkout within
    00d
    00h
    00m
    00s
    or this item will be removed from your cart.”

    It does not populate with the correct time, it only shows zeros.

    I have tried turning off and on a variety of plugins but have not yet solved the issue. I’m handy, but not savvy with code or reading debuggers. I would appreciate any help if possible.

    That is unusual, since the time field has at least something I believe the Javascript code is actually running but must be getting a zero value. Can you tell me what the ‘Expire Time’ is set to in the configuration?

    Plugin author was quick to reply, very professional, took time reviewing my site and found the error.

    The plugin “DW Promo Bar” was also adding a countdownHolder and causing the time to display incorrectly. Once this plugin was deactivated everything went back to normal.

    Can’t thank you enough James!
