Can I combine LInk and Litebox with text Panel?

Can I choose tiles/grid and combine Link and Litebox with Text Panel?
I want to show 40 teachers, each with single head and shoulders photo with their name displayed and then click on a link to take to either a light box with picture and bio copy or a blog-type page with picture and copy. Can I do this with Full Version of Unite Gallery?
