Problem in communication between Jetpack and your site

On /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack-debugger I get the following error:

About Known issues:
- Not using mentioned plugins. Had WPML installed but not activated -uninstalled it.
- HTTPS: No
- WP Engine host: No
- Server: Litespeed
- XMLRPC file: works
- Development Mode: never touched it.
Also on cPanel Errors, I found Automattics' IP's with
[INFO] [Automattics' ip:port] File not found [[...]/public_html/403.shtml]
