member created list of items

Hello all,

I am looking, through the use of a plug-in or otherwise, to include a feature where registered members may create a list of items on the front end of my site.

Ideally it would work like this:

-A button reading, “Create a Box”
-User names the box then clicks another button saying “add item”
-user enters item name and proceeds to click “add item” again until all items are entered
-finally the list of items is saved on their profile where they may return and edit the list
